Usability

To gain an insight into user behavior when interacting with technology we apply methods used within Human Computer Interaction (HCI) field. This qualitative method allows us to understand a user’s task, study user techniques and make sound observations in how a service can be improved on.

Listed below is an overview of the various methods we use to test users, utilizing prototypes and/or existing solutions. Our facilitated analysis includes the following:

• organization of study designs
• draft question frames
• draft test plan and recruitment criteria
• recruitment and remuneration of respondents
• test manager
• reporting recommendations

User analysis can be conducted either through field studies, in-house testing using our test rooms or remote user testing both moderated and unmoderated.

We use a variety of methods that specifically ensures that user involvement remains central in the development process. The methods used, analysis and testing are based according to the Client’s challenge. Each step is therefore suited to increase the usability of a given product.
